Controllable middle-high two-roller calendar/calender/calendaring/calendering machine

The product is used for the calendering pure cotton fabrics, chemical fiber, bast fiber, wool spinning and blended fabrics.

This product is applied to calender cotton, chemical fiber, hemp, wool and its blended fabric. It can also be used to calender polypropylene, nylon, poluester, polyethlene and other materials and paper products.

By adjusting the hydraulic valve block inside nylon roller and exerting different pressure to the two rollers, the nylon roller can be adjusted automatically in order to achieve high-pressure zone. Calendered by this device, the material will achieve uniformity thickness and gloss, better than ordinary calendering.
